Who We Are

A Holding Company with Purpose

TYGAN (Pty) Ltd is a South African holding company founded in 2004 and registered with CIPC under number 2014/167844/07. We operate across three interconnected divisions: capital infrastructure projects, digital financial platforms, and community-driven development.

Our capital division pursues large-scale infrastructure and resource extraction projects — a national hospital network, mineral deposits exceeding 100 million tons of TiO2, five provincial green energy training centres, and specialized medical and energy equipment procurement. These are long-term, high-impact projects aligned with South Africa's national development agenda.

Our digital division builds proprietary financial technology: TyganPay processes international SWIFT transactions with live Binance crypto conversion; the TYGAN Portal manages mandate holders, PGL generation, and multi-bank reconciliation; VisAcc will bring Visa merchant acceptance to South African commerce. All systems are designed, built, and operated in South Africa.

Our community arm is rooted in the Eersterust community in Tshwane. The Wall of Remembrance digital memorial serves over 10,000 community members. GraveCleaning.co.za provides professional grave care and restoration services nationally. The Garden of Remembrance NPO (2024/360099/08) will provide a solar-powered, eco-conscious physical memorial facility.

Mission

Build, Deploy, Sustain

TYGAN builds capital infrastructure, deploys digital platforms, and sustains community-serving organisations. We operate on long time horizons, with discipline in execution and an uncompromising commitment to measurable, on-the-ground impact.
